Windows 10 Build 10036 screenshots leaked

Windows 10 logoMicrosoft is getting ready to introduce a new Windows 10 build sometime these days, but details as to the build number and the features that could be part of the release are yet to be provided.

Leaked Windows 10 screenshots that have reached the web in the last few days have shown that Microsoft is indeed working to add some new features, including Start menu and Start screen transparency, and a collection of new pictures revealed today via unofficial channels confirm all of these.

Windows 10 build 10036, shown in these pictures, is a recently compiled build that might or might not be the version that Windows Insiders could get in the next few days, when Microsoft plans to update the Technical Preview build with new features.

Details are very scarce right now, but one of the things that we can all notice is the absence of Spartan browser, Microsoft's new app that was supposed to replace Internet Explorer in the next public build of Windows 10 Technical Preview.

Spartan is expected to be implemented in the final version of Windows 10, but Microsoft promised to make it available as part of the Technical Preview in order to collect feedback and thus find new ways to improve the browser.

While there are absolutely no details regarding the release date of the new build, Microsoft has said that there's just one major bug to be fixed before the next version gets the green light for a public release, so there's no doubt that we're only days or even hours away from the moment the Technical Preview gets updated on all computers.

Microsoft has also said that this new build will come with fresh ISOs that should allow clean installs, but they will become available only when the upcoming build actually hits the slow channel and fewer bugs are included.
