Acer logoAcer has released details relating to the European rollout of two smartphones. The mid-range Liquid E1, launched last month, and the entry-level Liquid Z2 will both be made available in Europe at the same time, with France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and the Ukraine being the first to receive it, followed by the UK, Italy, and Russia.

The Liquid E1 uses a dual-core 1GHz processor with 1GB of RAM, powering a 4.5-inch, 540x960 IPS display. A rear 5-megapixel camera is joined by a 0.3-megapixel front-facing counterpart, while the 4GB of internal storage can be expanded via microSD.
