Although we have already had confirmations that Chinese handset manufacturer ZTE plans to continue launching Windows Phone devices, we now have more details on the companyТs roadmap for 2013.
According to 3G.co.uk, ZTE is expected to launch a УpremiumФ smartphone powered by MicrosoftТs upcoming Windows Phone 8 operating system in the first quarter of 2013.
Unfortunately, we donТt have any details on the phoneТs hardware configuration, but we suspect the device will be equipped with at least a dual-core processor and LTE support.
The main reason behind ZTEТs decision to enter the high-end smartphone market is to change the brandТs perception as a low-end handset maker.
Hopefully, we will have more details on ZTEТs Windows Phone roadmap for 2013 in the following months, so stay tuned for more info on the subject.
