Casio to enter the smartwatch market

Casio logoFor many people, Casio is the synonymous with electronic wristwatches and calculators. Now the Japanese returns to its roots and is adding the essential modern touch to its devices with the development of a smartwatch.

"We are trying to bring our smartwatch to a level of watch perfection: a device that won't break easily, is simple to put on and feels good to wear," new president Kazuhiro Kashio told the publication.
